Electropac Now Capable of Building Rigid Flex Boards

Electropac Co., Inc., of Manchester, NH, is currently celebrating 30 years of servicing the rigid board industry and is proud to announce they have launched a new family of technology. Rigid Flex and Flexible products are now being offered from single and double sided flex circuits to 4-10 layer rigid flex.

The company has recently processed rigid flex orders with very positive results and customer satisfaction. The teams of dedicated people, at all three of Electropac's manufacturing facilities, identify flexible material into processes typically used for rigid core material. Electropac will continue to integrate flexible laminates through automated conveyor equipment, eliminating the manual cost in today’s flex/rigid flex processing techniques.

Electropac’s front-end engineering support, backed with over 15 years of flex/rigid flex knowledge and quick turn around, has been granted a production order for a Portable Hand Held XRF for RoHS Compliance inspection (RoHS elements - Pb, Hg, Cd, Cr, & Br).

Should you have any questions regarding the process needed for flex/rigid boards, please don’t hesitate to call our sales team at 603-622-3711.

This April, Electropac Co., Inc. celebrated our 30th year of producing Printed Circuit Boards with an employee planned surprise party. President and founder, Ray Boissoneau – who founded Electropac in 1976 with his father, Russ with $1000 and a dream – was speechless as the party caught him completely off-guard.

Everyone had a wonderful time reminiscing, telling stories of the early years, and indulging in the array of food and drink. Later, the team was proud to present Ray with several gifts, including an engraved watch to honor the company’s achievement. Over the years, Electropac, has become one of the leading PCB manufacturer in North America and is continually looking for ways to remain near the top.

Gary Longman, St. Catharines Operations Manager, and Guy Arsenault, Canadian Sales Manager are ready to speak to you!
